The Pointy House in Portland (PDX), Oregon is becoming a landmark for spoken word in the Pacific Northwest. Eirean Bradley (PDX Slammaster) recently moved in, along with my Whirlwind touring compatriot, Brian S. Ellis, only reinforcing the radness that has resided there for some time.
The house has been a haven for many a hobo-artist over the years; a fine place to land after a long and winding road.
On Sunday, May 27, some heartless fools decided to rob the house of a couple of laptops and all of the PDX Poetry Slam’s funds, all totaling over $7,000.
The community here is down but not out. They’ve started an Indiegogo fundraiser and are hoping you can help by either donating or by spreading the word.

These are my friends. It would mean a lot to me if you would check it out and pass it along.
Much love to you!
